In this role, you will own the bi-directional integrations product roadmap, collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure successful launches of new integrations and directly engaging with customers to gather feedback. Your role will be instrumental in shaping a scalable ecosystem that supports HRIS integrations. •You will be central to Syndio’s mission of eradicating workplace pay and opportunity disparities, working cross-functionally to guide data-driven features, projects, and initiatives from concept to launch. You will bridge the technical and business realms, serving as the customer advocate throughout the development lifecycle, crafting and launching features that drive sales growth and engagement. Additionally, you will collaborate directly with internal stakeholders and teams to identify areas of opportunity, develop best-in-class products, and empower our customers with high-quality solutions.

🎯 Requirements

•Proven track record in integrations product management or a related role, demonstrating a deep understanding of product lifecycle and defining the optimal user journey •Solid understanding of API technology and usage in integrations, experience defining requirements. •Hands-on experience in fast-paced, delivery-focused settings with a strong grasp of Agile methodologies (sprints, backlog grooming, etc.) to drive efficient product development •Effective cross functional collaborator, bridging the knowledge gap between engineering and customer facing functions. •Demonstrated ability to translate strategic business objectives into actionable product initiatives, aligning with organizational goals •Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective facilitation of dynamic meetings, elicitation of insights from diverse experts, and translation of needs into impactful product features •Track record of managing and prioritizing multiple features across multiple teams and development phases, ensuring successful outcomes •Strong quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions •Self starter; ability to act autonomously •Fluent in utilizing product management tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity •Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup and wearing many hats •Must be located in Seattle, SF, NY or Calgary

🏖️ Benefits

•💰 Competitive Compensation. For this role our salary is targeted at $132,000 USD -$157,000 USD per year, if hired in Calgary: $130,000 CAD-$150,000 CAD per year. Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience and expertise. We take a geo neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location. •🏆 Syndio Equity.
