• Join a pioneering EdTech company dedicated to enhancing mental health and wellness for children globally! • At moozoom, we are on a mission to transform how K-12 schools address student mental health challenges. • We are seeking an experienced AI driven Product Manager who is also passionate about leveraging data to inform product development and strategy. • You will drive the product vision from concept through execution, while also delving deep into data analytics to gather insights that shape our approach to marketplace needs. • If you are an analytical thinker with a passion for improving educational outcomes and driving product excellence, we want to hear from you! • Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives. • Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, user metrics, and customer feedback to inform product decisions and priority-setting. • Create and maintain detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and specifications that align with user needs and business objectives. • Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products that resonate with users. • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights, and present findings to stakeholders to guide product enhancements. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for each product launched to evaluate performance and guide future iterations. • Assist in testing prototypes to validate concepts and gather user feedback before launch. • Continually identify opportunities for product improvements based on user behavior and engagement metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the EdTech or SaaS industry. • Proven track record of managing product lifecycles and driving successful product launches. • Strong UX skills and abilities to work in a product-led growth environment. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, or BI tools like Tableau or Power BI). • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management software. • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data in a digestible format for various stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail. • Experience with AI products is a plus.
