β€’ Do you love to create delight through service and attention to detail? β€’ Are you a MacGyver who always finds a way to get it done? β€’ The Sales Development Representative for AutoCamp & Field Station will be a strategic and key member of the sales team. β€’ Through proactive sales efforts you will be responsible for lead generation for all AHG properties with a special focus on specific properties as identified and communicated by the VP of Sales. β€’ SDR's are 100% proactive, securing qualified leads for our Area and Enterprise sales team members. β€’ SDR's not only prospect digitally but also via telephone and by making outside sales calls. β€’ A successful Sales Development Representative will be a self-starter with extensive experience in proactive sales and knowledge of sales within hospitality. β€’ This position will be able to clearly articulate the AutoCamp value proposition to prospective clients and will have a track record of finding business, meeting and exceeding activity goals. β€’ This position is remote/work from home and must be based in New York City. β€’ Sales Development Representatives report directly to the Corporate Dir. of Enterprise Sales.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ At least 3 years of hotel experience preferably high-end boutique or resort destinations. β€’ Multi-property sales experience. β€’ Track record of exceeding activity based goals. β€’ Track record success within a fast paced and revenue focused sales department. β€’ Ability and desire to prospect and secure new business opportunities. β€’ Experience selling destination resorts and boutique/luxury markets is a plus. β€’ A proactive sales approach and a natural drive to succeed. β€’ Working knowledge of cloud-based applications; knowledge of Google Suite products preferred. β€’ Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Effective sales presentation and interpersonal abilities. β€’ Thoroughness and an attention to detail. β€’ Must be a MacGyver and able to find solutions when problems arise. β€’ Must have a passion for the great outdoors.
