• As the Senior Director of Customer Learning at Autodesk, you will lead Autodesk's global customer learning strategy across all product lines. • You will ensure that Autodesk customers are fully equipped to maximize the value of Autodesk software and adopt emerging technologies through delivering innovative and comprehensive learning programs. • You will oversee the development and execution of world-class training initiatives, blending in-person, virtual, and self-paced learning experiences to meet diverse customer needs. • Build upon and execute a global customer learning strategy aligned with Autodesk’s business goals. • Lead the design, development, and execution of scalable learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of Autodesk’s global customer base. • Deliver a world class learner experience, including learners' journey, programs, and offerings, LMS/LXP systems, processes and policies, and digital touchpoints.
• 12+ years of experience in customer learning, training, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. • Strong proficiency in developing omni-channel customer learning strategies and direct responsibility for running them across owned and 3rd party (i.e. YouTube) digital properties. • Proven ability to hire, lead, and inspire multiple high-performing teams. • Proven experience in evaluating, implementing and maintaining the technology that delivers customer learning programs. • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Highly skilled at thinking strategically and acting operationally. • Proficient at working with a variety of learning technologies and platforms. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Passion for customer success and continuous learning.
