• Development, design and implementation of the company’s pricing strategy in all nuances for the different products and markets, that matches the overall business goals • Transformation of the current dynamic pricing into algorithmic pricing (machine learning pricing) • Responsible for optimization of discounting policies, bonus programs, end-of-life pricing and sales for customers • Responsible for analyzing market price trends, including post analytics, to ensure product prices are set competitively • Development of a value proposition for additional company services • Participation as a stakeholder in the development of predictive models and machine learning solutions in the field of pricing • Stakeholder management, including working closely with the assortment manager and private brands manager • Build out of the team and manage it
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in category management or pricing within an e-commerce-oriented environment • Has a track record in dynamic pricing for a large number of SKUs (100,000+) • Has a track record in setting up price analytics processes • A high degree of experience with machine learning models and product segments that show a cannibalization effect • Has a track record of having worked closely with or within strategy consultancy • People leading experience of 20+ people • University degree, ideally in finance or marketing • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, German/Russian is considered a plus
