β’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. β’ 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition and performance marketing. β’ Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing marketing teams. β’ Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. β’ Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including Paid Media, Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Lifecycle Marketing. β’ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. β’ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. β’ Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. β’ Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
