β€’ The Director of Growth Marketing will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition and growth through strategic and data-driven marketing initiatives. β€’ You will oversee and integrate paid media, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, and lifecycle marketing into a cohesive growth marketing team. β€’ This strategic position demands a blend of creativity, analytical acumen, and leadership skills to design and implement comprehensive growth strategies. β€’ The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and executing successful growth strategies. β€’ Lead and mentor a diverse team of marketing professionals across paid media, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, and lifecycle marketing. β€’ Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, setting clear goals and expectations for the team. β€’ Develop and implement team processes, workflows, and best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. β€’ Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. β€’ Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. β€’ Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities through data analysis, market research, and competitive analysis. β€’ Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. β€’ Measure and optimize Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) to ensure efficient spending and high (incremental) returns. β€’ Continuously assess overall paid acquisition performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and scaling successful tactics. β€’ Manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximization of ROI. β€’ Evaluate and negotiate with external vendors and partners to support marketing efforts.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. β€’ 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition and performance marketing. β€’ Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing marketing teams. β€’ Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. β€’ Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including Paid Media, Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Lifecycle Marketing. β€’ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. β€’ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. β€’ Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
