Requirements

β€’ Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey value and articulate a vision that resonates with agency customers. β€’ Proven ability to uncover customer needs through two-way discovery and match those needs to suitable solutions within Automattic's portfolio. β€’ Demonstrated success in converting both inbound and outbound leads/prospects, and effective management of the sales cycle to meet or exceed goals. β€’ Strong technical experience in understanding integrated technical systems and troubleshooting technical issues. β€’ Proven experience in developing a successful customer relationship that results in high lifetime value (LTV). β€’ High empathy and an ability to easily navigate challenging customer interactions. β€’ Proven ability to navigate longer high potential sales cycles. β€’ Experience in business development, with a track record of building and expanding customer relationships. β€’ Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with high attention to detail, showing a proactive approach to driving business growth.
