β’ Bachelor of Science in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical or Environmental Engineering preferred β’ 3 years of experience in technical sales within the water industry, Consulting Engineer in the municipal water market, or Technical Direct Sales β’ Experienced with Salesforce, or other CRM, and expertise with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook β’ Must have strong interpersonal skills with ability to persuade, motivate and empower clients and co-workers to action β’ Ability to deal with individuals at all levels of an organization β’ Must be a strong communicator able to take initiative and be disciplined to function independently β’ Must be competitive, goal-oriented, self-motivated, good listener and manage time wisely β’ Must be able to process complex information and unique client needs quickly β’ Must be able to travel to client and vendor sites more than 50% of the time.
