• WordPress VIP is the world’s leading enterprise content management platform. • We help the world’s largest companies create innovative digital experiences with WordPress. • We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. • The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive informed marketing decisions and strategies. • The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative skills, a solid understanding of marketing principles, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Responsibilities include market research, data collection and analysis, performance tracking, customer segmentation, forecasting and modeling, reporting, collaboration, and staying updated.

Requirements

• Experience in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related fields. • Proven experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related field using data sets from tools like HubSpot, GA, Adwords, Bizible, Marketo, and Salesforce. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. • Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, where async communication takes precedence. • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality. • Nice-to-have: • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. • Knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation. • Certifications in analytics or marketing analytics.
