• WordPress VIP is the world’s leading enterprise content management platform. • Seeking a VP of GTM Revenue Marketing to create a scalable growth engine. • Own the development and execution of our GTM revenue marketing strategy. • Oversee solutions and product marketing, GTM strategy, and Partner Marketing. • Establish a team culture that merges GTM strategy with marketing excellence. • Leverage data, customer insights, and performance marketing tactics. • Collaborate with Brand to develop relevant messaging, offers, and experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience. • Several years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on revenue and demand generation for enterprise or SaaS companies, particularly in complex products and solutions. • Proven experience in leading and scaling global marketing programs, with measurable impact on pipeline, conversion, and revenue growth. • Extensive background in performance marketing, demand generation, and ABM, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization. • Deep understanding of global markets, regional nuances, and experience adapting marketing programs for different geographies, with extensive experience in the US market. • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of developing and inspiring high-performance teams. • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms. • Strong analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving abilities, with a passion for driving results and making data-driven decisions.
