β€’ You are a seasoned software developer who is dedicated to your craft; you write code that you are proud of and can hit the ground running. β€’ You understand that SaaS software delivery necessitates innovation and speed of execution. β€’ You want to be a part of a creative and enterprising team with challenging problems to solve. β€’ You pride yourself in the mentorship of your peers and value working in a collaborative remote environment. β€’ Collaborating with the team to come up with the best solution for your customer fuels your fire. β€’ As a Senior Software Engineer on the Agent team, you will research, design, develop, and own solutions that provide feature-rich experiences in our Agent application that runs on over 1 million endpoints globally across all three major operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux). β€’ Lead by example by championing software development best practices, and writing well-designed code. β€’ Extend, enhance, and evolve our endpoint software to enable delivery of new platform and client-side features. β€’ Contribute to continual improvement by testing, performance tuning, refactoring, usability improvements, and automation. β€’ Produce detailed specifications, and contribute in all phases of the engineering lifecycle. β€’ Operate with a quality-first mindset. Your approach to testing sets you apart from your peers. β€’ Make data-driven decisions. You understand the impact of your development before it reaches production.

Requirements

β€’ Programming experience in Golang, C++, Python is required. β€’ 7+ years of experience designing, developing, testing, monitoring, and maintaining cloud-connected client-side applications. β€’ Experience working as a Software Engineer developing features on an Agent/IoT application is desired. β€’ Some familiarity with systems programming, networking, virtual machine orchestration, DevOps, and shell-scripting languages (Bash/Powershell) β€’ Windows and/or Linux and/or MacOS application development experience. β€’ Excellent communicator, thrives within a tightly knit, cross-functional remote team environment. β€’ Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal. β€’ Must be able to pass a federal, state, county background check. β€’ Complete a local in-person verification.
