Description
• Support day-to-day operations of People Operations department. • Manage HR systems and databases. • Assist in HR documents preparation and distribution. • Manage FTE & 1099 payroll. • Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries. • Assist in benefits enrollment and changes. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. • Handle other day-to-day administrative tasks to support the team.
Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in an HR or People Operations role. • At least 1 year of experience running payroll. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in HRIS systems. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus. • HR Certification is a plus
