Description

• Support the Global Program Manager of Learning, Training, & Instructional Design • Process program applications and coordinate participant selection • Maintain accurate documentation of program applications and records • Schedule program sessions and manage attendance • Launch program surveys and manage data • Curate and maintain the PD&C Resource Library • Coordinate translation of PD&C materials • Support communication about People Development & Culture initiatives • Document and track project requests from internal clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or psychology • 0-2 years of relevant experience • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to coordinate multiple projects/programs • Ability to work cross-functionally to deliver projects within established timelines and budget • Fluency in Chinese or Spanish preferred • Project Management certification preferred • Experience with Workday HRIS preferred • Experience with organizational learning and development preferred
