β€’ Assess current state of workforce and identify areas of alignment, overlap and skill gaps. β€’ Develop and implement strategies to improve organizational performance, structure, and culture, ensuring alignment with the university strategic priorities. β€’ Assess and recommend improvements in organizational design and systems to enhance overall productivity. β€’ Lead efforts to ensure that the business and its employees adapt successfully transformations in communication plans, and training programs to minimize disruption and support a smooth transition during periods of change. β€’ Lead university wide, departmental shifts in workforce planning and talent management with a focus on a skills first approach. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and remove obstacles that may impact project success. β€’ Recommend new approaches to organizational effectiveness, advocating for change and championing team efforts to senior leadership. β€’ Drives change management initiatives related to the PMO, promoting a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement within the People Team. β€’ Leverage data analytics and process improvement methodologies (such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile) to identify and address inefficiencies within the organization. β€’ Collaborate with executive partners and People Team functions to deliver cohesive and integrated recommendations. β€’ Lead teams implementing critical People Team projects and process improvement initiatives. β€’ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

β€’ Ten years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Organizational Psychology. β€’ Three years of experience leading organization effectiveness in complex organizations. β€’ Change Management Leadership and Project Management expertise in methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile. β€’ High level of emotional intelligence and radical collaboration skills. β€’ Ability to effectively communicate key messages, persuade decision-makers in peer-to-peer environments and in larger presentations to university wide stakeholders.
