β’ Ten years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Organizational Psychology. β’ Three years of experience leading organization effectiveness in complex organizations. β’ Change Management Leadership and Project Management expertise in methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile. β’ High level of emotional intelligence and radical collaboration skills. β’ Ability to effectively communicate key messages, persuade decision-makers in peer-to-peer environments and in larger presentations to university wide stakeholders.
