Description

• Clari’s Revenue platform provides forecasting accuracy and visibility on revenue performance • The People Team supports Clari's top priority - our people • The People Programs Manager oversees HR programs to achieve strategic objectives • Close collaboration with HR leadership and cross-functional teams is essential

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in People Programs, Program Management, or similar in a B2B SaaS environment • Strong communication skills that can build lasting working relationships with internal teams • Able to comfortably move between strategic issues and day-to-day People Team operations • Ability to adapt and quickly change direction when necessary in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Comfortable partnering with employees, leadership, and other internal teams, with the ability to pivot between priorities • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Lattice, MangoApps, and Slack, preferred
