• Support the HR function and be a strategic partner. • Work closely with our SR HRBP and support our non-exempt workforce. • Gather and analyze data with Human Resources metrics. • Coach and advise front-line managers on employee-related issues. • Drive employee engagement within teams with action plans. • Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations when needed. • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and audit requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 1-3 years as a human resources business partner related experience. • Previous experience in Human Resources for a fast-growth company. • Superior communication skills. • Comfort with ambiguity and a dynamic work environment. • Effective problem solver with strong analytical skills. • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. • Excellent time management skills.
