Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a people manager role, preferably within a project management, resource coordination or similar environment for a technology services company. • Strong knowledge of people leadership principles, policies, procedures and best practices • A promoter of trust and teamwork; ability to delegate, motivate and influence • Ability to handle employee sensitive and confidential information with discretion • Ability to develop productive customer/team relationships, work across functional boundaries, take ownership of assignments and work independently (or in a team) to accomplish goals • Ability to successfully handle multiple work streams and embrace change in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism while managing to deadlines and shifting priorities • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills • Strong problem solving, decision making, time management and organizational skills • Innovative thinker with a desire and aptitude to always be learning and adapt to new business and/or functional concepts • Willingness to occasionally travel to Quisitive U.S. office locations as needed (minimal) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field
