Description

• Manage all aspects of employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k). • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes. • Work closely with the payroll team for accurate processing. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. • Serve as the first point of contact for benefits inquiries. • Update and maintain the HRIS system with employee information. • Assist in the development and communication of HR policies. • Work with the executive team on administrative projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2-4 years of experience in HR and benefits administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment. • Strong understanding of benefits regulations (e.g., ACA, COBRA, ERISA). • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
