• Assists in the development, installation, and administration of compensation programs. • Evaluates hourly, salaried, and management positions. • Assists with the administration of the annual performance assessment process. • Assists in the annual review of the organization's salary structures. • Provides bargaining unit agreement compensation administration. • Evaluates market benchmarks and economic trends to recommend changes to compensation programs. • Provides support on detailed compensation issues. • Assists in the administration of the network's annual merit, incentive, and bargaining unit compensation programs. • Assists with the creation, maintenance, and review process of special pay policies. • Participates in salary surveys and analyzes market related adjustments. • Administers grade, step, rate changes and incentive programs for bargaining unit positions. • Assists in the administration of the performance management system. • Researches and gathers background details on all compensation related issues. • Partners with internal HR stakeholders and network management to address compensation related issues. • Maintains internal job hierarchy by completing job description analysis. • Maintains internal compensation applications including market pricing, performance management and job description software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resources or related field. • 2 years compensation or related HR experience. • Ability to work independently with management level staff. • Demonstrates flexibility in accommodating customer needs. • Knowledge of HR applications. • Strong proficiency in data analysis. • Strong proficiency Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Access.
