β€’ As an HR Technology Analyst, you will collaborate with innovative peers internationally. β€’ Provide technical business support for leveraging Workday and optimizing HR processes globally. β€’ Manage configuration activities and defect resolution aligned with HR priorities. β€’ Gather functional requirements and translate them into system configurations. β€’ Conduct thorough testing of system configurations for accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university & two (2) years of Human Resources and/or IT and/or Project Management in a private, public, government or military environment. β€’ High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of nine (9) years of combined experience with Business Technologies, Human Resources, IT and/or Project Management in a private, public, government or military environment. β€’ Workday configuration expertise in one or more of the following areas: Time, Payroll, HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform and any RPA tools. β€’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. β€’ Ability to work with global, cross functional teams and across multiple functions and disciplines. β€’ Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
