Description

• Co-manage and mentor a team of highly skilled engineers on the Platform Engineering Group (PEG) across multiple specialized subteams • Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define and execute the roadmap • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure blockchain solutions • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple complex workstreams • Manage OKRs/KPIs, and develop strategies and standards for excellence • Interface and collaborate with Senior Executives and the C-Suite ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive organizational change where necessary • Stay abreast of the latest developments in blockchain technology and distributed systems • Contribute to the broader blockchain community through technical talks and thought leadership

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, consensus mechanisms, and cryptography • Strong background in distributed systems and peer-to-peer networks • Proven track record of leading and growing high-performing engineering teams • Experience with Golang and/or Rust programming languages • Solid understanding of software development best practices, including CI/CD, testing, and code review processes • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
