Description

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative, inclusive and innovative work environment • Define strategic objectives and establish policies that drive success within the Tasks product team • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement software enhancements and new features • Manage the analysis, design, programming, debugging, and modification of software solutions tailored for end-user applications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of related experience, or equivalent additional experience in lieu of a degree • Direct people management experience, including supervisory experience of entry-level managers and/or established individual contributors • People-focused manager with empathy, trustworthiness, and a collaborative mindset • Some expertise or familiarity in working with workflow or automation systems is desired • Architectural expertise, understanding of UI/UX principles, and a passion for driving technical innovation • Strong technical background with experience in technologies such as Python, Java, React, and Dart • Experience in SaaS B2B environments • Ability to navigate through numerous stakeholders, juggling competing demands while effectively balancing priorities • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including engineering teams, delivery teams, and executive leadership
