Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or relevant work experience. • 10+ years of professional engineering experience, including experience with web development and marketing technologies. At least 7 years of full-time IC work and at least 3 years of hands-on people management experience. • Strong leadership skills including interpersonal, communication, performance management, mentoring, and career growth. • Demonstrable project management experience in breaking down projects and delivering on fixed target dates. • Demonstrable experience directing the development of MarTech platforms/toolkits, including learning and integrating new-to-you technologies to meet evolving business needs. • Experience unifying data sources and integrating them into a Customer Data Platform.
