Description

• Leading the Payment Accuracy product portfolio • Developing and executing product strategy • Managing strategic roadmap and ensuring cross-functional alignment • Delivering commercially viable products and executing go-to-market strategy • Driving cross-team innovation and enterprise thinking • Developing market insights and maintaining close relationships with stakeholders • Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and others on market strategies • Specifying market requirements through ongoing customer interactions • Monitoring costs and creating reporting for stakeholders • Evaluating and managing partners for product delivery • Owning product metrics and communicating outcomes for iterative improvements • Collaborating across organizations for alignment and delivery • Ensuring technical feasibility and performance of solutions • Representing Availity at industry or client-facing events

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience managing products, with at least 5 years in leadership role • Proven success in managing software solutions from inception to launch • Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle • Experience in managing financial performance, developing business cases, market/product requirements, product strategy and roadmaps, pricing, and launch materials • Monitoring and improving client and user satisfaction through NPS and other metrics • Ability to engage the market to surface unmet needs and opportunities • Strong business analysis, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills • Excellent understanding of data and ability to use data to measure progress • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare, Computer Science, or related discipline
