Description
• Responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the implementation process • Work with Implementation Coordinators and other groups to bring new clients live • Gather requirements, manage deliverables, and perform technical setup and testing • Be the technical SME for the implementation process
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical subject or equivalent work experience • 5 years of experience in technology and/or healthcare environment • 3 years of experience managing complex implementations • Experience gathering requirements • In-depth understanding of complex data mapping skill • Thorough understanding of healthcare provider data management • Experience with data standards like XML, JSON, or Parquet • Strong knowledge with enterprise database software like Oracle, MySQL, Aurora DB • Ability to write complex SQL queries • Experience with Jira and Confluence • Experience with RESTful APIs and tools like Postman • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
