Description

• Oversee all technical aspects of the implementation process • Work closely with Implementation Coordinators and other groups • Gather requirements, manage deliverables, and technical setup • Test and work with internal and external stakeholders • Analyze test data to identify issues and prepare clients for Go-live • Collaborate with development to gather requirements and test new features

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical subject or equivalent work experience • At least 5 years of experience in technology and/or the healthcare environment • At least 3 years of experience managing complex implementations • Experience gathering requirements: data, functional, business, and technical • In-depth understanding of complex data mapping skills • Thorough understanding of healthcare provider data management • Experience with data standards, including XML, JSON, or Parquet • Strong knowledge with enterprise database software (Oracle, MySQL, Aurora DB) • Ability to understand data models and write complex SQL queries • Significant experience with Jira and Confluence • Experience with RESTful APIs and Postman • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple complex projects in parallel
