Requirements
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Information Technology, healthcare, analytics or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience working at a health plan, EHR, health information technology company or in healthcare consulting • Understanding of clinical data formats and standards: Hl7v2 (ADTs, ORUs), CCDA, FHIR • Minimum of 3 years of experience with data analytics, utilizing SQL and experience in excel • Experience working with provider data such as provider TINs and NPIs • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Experience analyzing and presenting data • Experience managing complex multi-phase projects • Experience capturing and writing business and technical requirements
