Description

• Sets up and installs technical systems for clients • Manages client interactions and training • Tests and troubleshoots installed systems • Provides feedback for product and process improvements • Manages internal and external relationships • Coordinates partner awareness on Availity functionality • Documents operational processes and improvements • Supports workflow changes and technology trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 4+ years of related experience in technology and/or healthcare • 4+ years managing simple to moderately complex implementations • Knowledge of claims processing systems and customer service in healthcare • Understanding of HIPAA implementation guides • Working knowledge of X12 transactions • Ability to create and execute test plans • Ability to create training resources and reference materials • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Flexibility and ability to embrace change • Customer service/relationship management experience is a plus • Experience in software implementations is a plus
