Description
• Sets up and installs technical systems for client technology and business process solutions • Works with the client to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create documentation, and train users • Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems, documenting technical issues • Provides feedback based on client experiences for product improvements • Manages internal and external relationships with payers and vendors • Responsible for coordinating partner awareness on functionality and production issues • Conducts pre-production functional testing protocols
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 4+ years of related experience in a technology and/or healthcare environment • 4+ years of experience managing simple to moderately complex implementations • Knowledge of healthcare industry, specifically claims processing systems • Understanding of HIPAA implementation guides • Knowledge of HIPAA mandated ANSI transaction formats • Ability to create and execute test plans • Ability to create documentation such as training resources and reference materials • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Flexibility and ability to embrace change • Customer service and relationship management experience is a plus • Experience in software implementations is a plus
