Description

• Managing a team of 7-10 people consisting of Software Developers, Data Engineers, and Quality Engineers • Facilitating Scrum Master responsibilities and daily stand-ups • Working with internal and external teams to deliver solutions • Leading overall delivery responsibilities and reducing roadblocks • Following and promoting Agile practices • Defining and tracking team metrics • Monitoring team’s time dedicated to new development and maintenance • Analyzing technology trends and assessing impacts on product delivery • Coaching software engineers on responsibilities and career aspirations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science • 8+ years of relevant IT systems development management experience • 2+ years managing teams and products in an Agile environment • Background in software development and/or architect solutions • Prior experience in a Scrum Master or Project manager role • Ability to maintain effective working relationships • Proven understanding of the software development life cycle • Knowledge of web development methodologies, application design, navigation, and information architecture • Proven understanding of data modeling, relational databases • Ability to launch and deliver multiple IT projects on time and within budget • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience leading teams in an AWS environment is a plus • Project forecasting experience is a plus • Extensive knowledge of the health care industry is a plus • Hands-on development experience is a plus
