• Lead a team of UM RN Analysts • Provide input and oversight on medical policy guidelines • Collaborate with clinical and engineering teams • Ensure effective delivery of medical policy creation
Requirements
• MD/DO with at least 8 years clinical experience • At least 5 years in healthcare revenue cycle roles • Experience in Utilization Management and claims appeals/denials • Knowledge of healthcare insurance industry regulations preferred • Exceptional critical thinking and reasoning skills • Ability to synthesize complex problems and collaborate effectively
