• Serve as liaison between technical teams, Health Plan Analysts, and Strategic Account Managers • Ensure customer success by maintaining relationships with Payer Partners • Coordinate cross-functional efforts and manage timelines • Represent the voice of the customer and implement marketing strategies

Requirements

• At least 3 years of account or customer management experience in healthcare, payer, or technology • Associate degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s degree a plus • Strong interpersonal skills • Experience facilitating meetings and engaging with stakeholders • Knowledge of healthcare payer processing and IT operations • Problem solver with strong analytical skills • Exceptional customer service skills • HIPAA knowledge
