Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., Marketing, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Statistics); Master's degree ideal • 12+ years strategic planning or marketing experience in a healthcare/pharma advertising agency environment • Relevant category and launch experience • Experience with HCP and patient marketing, including Pharma brand launch • Experience utilizing strategic tools for analysis • Experience building and facilitating client workshops • Proven track record building and leading teams • Superb and persuasive communications skills, both written and verbal • Adept at storytelling
