• Bachelor's degree in related field; Master’s degree preferred (public health, public policy, marketing, communications, business administration) • 12+ years strategic planning or marketing experience, preferably in a market access, payer marketing, or managed markets agency environment • Experience with leading strategy for market access marketing, including pre-launch, launch, mature, and portfolio brands • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and cross-discipline environment with a proactive mindset • Highly skilled as an interdisciplinary thinker and curious strategist • Seamlessly skillful in balancing both collaborative work and independent work • Proven track record in leading and inspiring teams as well as upholding the organization’s culture • Crisp and persuasive communications skills, both written and verbal • Highly adept at compelling storytelling and paving the path to brilliant creative • Comfortable leading and working under pressure with tight deadlines, across both inline client work and pipeline new business development work • Exceptional and reliable organizational skills
