• At least three (3) years of experience in direct response non-profit fundraising • Expert in Microsoft Office programs like Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Proven track record of juggling multiple projects and deadlines with ease • Strong desire to learn and the wisdom to know when to ask for help • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once • Self-motivation, reliability, and ownership of tasks with minimal oversight • Resourcefulness and a creative mindset • Top-notch teamwork and collaboration • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking • Ability to remain calm under pressure
