Description

• Responsible for managing and growing a well-established portfolio of private and public sector clients. • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. • Provide comprehensive support to the region. • Build and nurture strong client relationships, fostering trust and long-term business connections. • Engage with clients through various communication channels (phone, Teams, email) to provide effective and persuasive solutions. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address client needs. • Meet or exceed sales and margin targets (IOP). • Analyze client profiles to identify trends, sales opportunities, and tailor acquisition strategies accordingly, including public tender processes. • Provide consultative sales, identifying client needs, detailing products, and recommending solutions. • Work closely with the sales administration team to create proposals and implement sales strategies. • Represent Avantor with professionalism, ensuring a positive image with clients and manufacturers.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is highly valued; • Experience working in a laboratory is an asset. • Native Spanish speaker with a good level of English, both written and verbal (B1-B2 level, no certification required; part of the interview will be conducted in English) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
