β€’ Engage with clients through various communication channels (phone, Teams, email) to provide effective and persuasive solutions β€’ Build and nurture strong client relationships, fostering trust and long-term business connections β€’ Manage a territory consisting of many customers across various markets β€’ Represent Avantor with professionalism, ensuring a positive image with clients and manufacturers β€’ Meet or exceed sales and margin targets (IOP)

Requirements

β€’ 1-3 years of experience working in a relevant customer facing or sales environment β€’ Microsoft Office experience required, with preference for technology platform experience such as Salesforce and/or Qlikview β€’ Science or Medical Technology background preferred β€’ Sales experience within the Pharmaceutical, BioPharma, Industrial industries preferred β€’ Distribution experience β€’ Prior or current work in a laboratory or research environment β€’ Willingness to travel to customer locations
