β€’ Avantor is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative professional to optimize the Cleveland, Ohio market. β€’ This role will be field-based and require daily face-to-face sales efforts in supporting the Greater Cleveland market. β€’ The Sales Representative will work closely within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company business strategy. β€’ The Sales Representative is accountable for all sales activities, from lead generation through close, in an assigned territory, using a formal selling approach. β€’ Work in conjunction with sales management team providing proposals and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales growth.

Requirements

β€’ College/University (4-year) degree, or equivalent work experience, required β€’ Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a complex sales environment is required β€’ Experience with dynamic, multi-collaborative purchasing decision and there is a solution based selling approach β€’ A proven track record of verifiable sales success driving growth with a consultative, strategic selling approach β€’ Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience β€’ CRM experience is required β€’ Demonstrated capability to effectively utilize best in class selling processes (e.g. SPIN, Challenger, Miller Heiman) β€’ Microsoft Office experience required, with preference for technology platform experience such as Salesforce, C4C, and/or Qlikview
