Description

• Responsible for proactive leadership and managing high level customer interactions to maximize Avantor’s performance for targeted global accounts. • Will manage and be responsible for all Avantor business performance within assigned global accounts and teams. • Performance will be measured by sales growth, margin expansion, market share and overall customer satisfaction. • Deliver total value package for Avantor to these global customers. • Work closely with the CEO and management team to identify and lead assignments and transformation projects. • Act as an ambassador for the CEO and provide leverage for the senior leadership team. • Responsible for spearheading and driving transformative initiatives across our organization on a global scale. • Requires a visionary leader with a proven track record of successfully leading complex organizational change and driving business transformation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading global strategic initiatives in complex organizations. • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred. • Prior experience in multi-faceted, strategically orientated chief of staff, strategy, PMO, or corporate development roles. • A track record of initiative delivery preferably in a multi business unit or private equity environment. • Experiences involving acquisitions, sale processes and international operations are a plus. • Experience and ability to model and synthesize complex financial analysis, operational and KPI data into concise presentations and decision framework. • Demonstrated experience as successful influential leader across matrix teams. • Proficient in MS Office Suite; highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
