Description

• The Vice President of Strategic Accounts will be responsible for leading the strategic account management team • Developing and executing strategies to enhance client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction • Deep understanding of the market, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Effective communications and strategic engagement with customers at all levels

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred • 10+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role • Ability to understand customer needs and utilize Flex capabilities to create a winning value proposition • Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and driving revenue growth • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
