• Who we are... • AvantStay delivers exceptional, unique stays for group travelers. • We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical Performance Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. • This role will focus on optimizing active listings, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating across multiple teams. • The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment and has strong time management skills. • This is a fully remote, global role, though candidates must be available to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours. • What you’ll do... • Pull, analyze, and interpret performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Track key metrics such as occupancy rates, revenue performance, and operational efficiency. • Present data-driven recommendations to internal teams to optimize listing performance. • Conduct regular listing audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to brand standards. • Review and optimize titles, descriptions, amenities, and photos for consistency and competitiveness. • Work closely with Marketing, Listings, and Account Management teams to align listing optimization strategies with broader company goals. • Communicate insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• Highly organized with exceptional time management and attention to detail. • Strong analytical skills, with experience pulling and interpreting performance data. • Proficiency in Google Sheets (including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools). • Comfortable learning and navigating internal systems and dashboards. • Ability to work effectively independently while collaborating in a fast-paced, remote environment. • Experience performing listing audits, quality assurance, or optimization for digital platforms is a plus. • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). • Experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, e-commerce, or data analysis is beneficial but not required. • Availability to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
