📋 Description

• Created by hospitality operators for hospitality operators, Avero is the trusted technology partner for the hospitality industry. • We empower 40,000+ hospitality professionals with the answers they need to transform their businesses and their lives, getting them out of the back office and into the kitchen with their staff, onto the floor with their guests, and at home with their families. • Avero is looking for a Market Development Analyst who will be responsible for facilitating the development of leads by conducting market research and generation for the sales team across all new and existing customers. • Primary responsibilities will include identifying and developing business opportunities within the market, developing a pipeline and strategies with the sales and revenue team to gain a better position for opportunities, and identifying customer needs for existing markets. • This is a 100% remote role reporting to Avero’s Digital Strategy Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing analyst role, preferably in the hospitality SaaS company industry. • Knowledge and enthusiasm of the hospitality industry preferred, vertical specialization a plus (Hotels, Restaurants, and Casinos) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) • Excellent listening and presentation skills with experience presenting to C-Level and technology leaders. • Strong research and analytical skills. • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
