• Understand key business metrics of clients • Gather technical client requirements • Ensure custom dashboards are created • Provide clients with data and analytics needs • Mentor junior team members • Interface and collaborate with other teams • Lead and participate in client-facing meetings • Document and gain agreement on scope of work • Develop and distribute deliverables for clients • Identify problematic data and provide input for correction • Contribute to standardize and improve cost to serve clients • Develop subject expertise and train others
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5+ years in a Data/BI Analyst or Business Intelligence role • Experience with PowerBI, Sisense, Tableau, Qlik, MicroStrategy, or Business Objects • Understanding of data structures, design, especially RDBMS-based concepts • Understanding of data transformation and engineering • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong analytical skills • Curiosity and drive to find answers in data • Strong attention to detail • Ability to balance multiple priorities • Client-facing consultative interaction skills • Knowledge of Health and Safety, Enterprise Risk Management, Supply Chain • Experience with SalesForce reporting • Data engineering skills with tools like PowerQuery, Python, Snowpipe • Experience with Snowflake toolset • Experience using Jira • Experience using Confluence • Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies • Exposure to non-relational databases
