This is what you can expect if you join the Quisitive team. • Founded in 2016, Quisitive is a global Microsoft services and solutions partner with a team of professionals dedicated to delivering award-winning Microsoft solutions. • Our culture of continual learning and innovation ensures that we remain committed to Microsoft’s long-term strategy. • We are currently hiring an M365 Change Management Senior Consultant to support user adoption of M365 and other Microsoft technologies. • This role is remote and can be based anywhere in the United States but we prefer Dallas/Ft. Worth, Austin or Tampa, FL. • Change Management responsibilities will be completed on a project basis.

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years consulting experience in the areas of management consulting or customer success consulting, including: • Experience with M365/O365 implementation change management, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and more • Knowledge of ADKAR methodology; PROSCI certification strongly preferred • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal • Excellent active listening skills • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations • Ability to strategically and tactically solution client needs • Possess a resilient and tenacious view to problem-solving while balancing respect for those in need • Ability to organize self and potentially small OCM teams on larger projects • Problem solving and root cause identification skills • Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization • Ability to design/facilitate workshops and training sessions • Ability to design and implement User Adoption Plans • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
