📋 Description
• This position will assist the high-volume recruitment process by developing, implementing and maintaining a creative recruiting strategy. • This position will grow the recruiting department by sourcing potential employers to grow clientele. • Facilitates/implements staffing process with clients and applicants while complying with regulations. • Works to identify and evaluate qualified candidates to present to clients for review. • Responsible for sourcing requisitions appropriately for assigned positions. • Responsible for developing and maintaining relationship with applicants throughout the staffing process. • Ability to conduct candidate interviews with hiring team. • May participate with onboarding of new hires. • May assist with external recruiting events. • Perform other duties as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
