📋 Description

• The Learning Systems Administrator plays a key role in the administration and support of our Learning Content Management System (LCMS) and similar learning systems. • This position is responsible for ensuring the integration of content developed by the instructional design team and maintaining content integrity across our systems. • The LCMS Administrator role coordinates the translation process of learning content into multiple languages as they collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. • This proactive individual conducts research on system capabilities and integrations while providing technical support to the instructional design team, other internal stakeholders, and external users. • Manage association-wide content/assets/information by leveraging system to store, document, metadata tag, maintain, edit, search, translate/localize, and extract industry knowledge. • Collaborate with the instructional design team and technical teams on configuration/customizations to the system; test all changes to business processes or system configuration and update documentation. • Oversee the project management of system initiatives, including the educational translation process by coordinating deadlines, expectations, project scope, and resources. • Work directly with external language service provider(s) to communicate international requests and project scopes. • Provide L3 support to end users and communicate resolution to issues. • Enhance the user experience by collaborating with stakeholders and team members to implement new technologies and methods to support learning strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in LMS/LCMS administration, IT, and/or Instructional Design • Experience in Xyleme, NetExam, or Salesforce • Skills in LMS and/or LCMS Management (ideally including working with SCORM/AICC, XML, and XLIFF file formats) • Database Management • Other skills such as xAPI and HTML5 a plus
