📋 Description
• Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand our network • Develop and implement effective strategies to onboard and activate new affiliates • Monitor campaign performance and optimize as needed to achieve KPIs and objectives • Analyze affiliate performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate regular reports to evaluate program effectiveness • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to enhance affiliate performance and program ROI • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive decision-making and strategy refinement.
🎯 Requirements
• Have 3+ years of experience in a similar field • Are fluent in English • Feel comfortable in a fast-paced work environment and can meet tight deadlines • Can work on multiple projects at once and excel at project management • Work well independently and with a team • Have good collaboration skills
