β’ Ideal Solution Architect driving successful technical engagements with customers. β’ Conduct daily or weekly meetings with customers to gather technical requirements, understand business needs, and discuss potential solutions. β’ Design and document technical architectures that align with customer needs, ensuring that proposed solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance. β’ Prepare and deliver product demonstrations tailored to the specific use cases of potential customers. β’ Collaborate with customers to define the scope, objectives, and success criteria for POCs. β’ Lead the execution of POCs, working closely with the customer to ensure that the solution is correctly implemented, tested, and validated. β’ Analyze the results of POCs and provide detailed feedback and recommendations to the customer. β’ Work closely with sales teams to provide the technical expertise needed to close deals. β’ Gather feedback from customer engagements and POCs to share with the product development teams. β’ Develop and maintain technical documentation. β’ Identify and document best practices for implementing and using the platform. β’ Provide hands-on support to customers facing technical challenges. β’ Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance to customers. β’ Stay up to date with the latest developments in cloud computing, observability, and related technologies. β’ Participate in and sometimes lead internal training sessions. β’ Travel to customer sites as needed.
β’ Extensive experience in system architecture, cloud infrastructure, and observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, Cribl, etc). β’ Proficiency in multiple programming and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Bash). β’ Strong understanding of cloud-native environments, microservices, and large-scale distributed systems. β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. β’ Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a track record of successfully driving technical sales and solution adoption. β’ Must have recent experience in the same product space. β’ Must have familiarity with being self-starting and not reliant on large organization processes. β’ Must have previous small company experience. β’ Demonstrated familiarity with Enterprise accounts and have a useful network. β’ Familiarity with Axiom or its competitors and be able to deliver a demo and compare and contrast Axiom with the competition from day 1.
