Description

• Axios HQ is an AI-powered software that helps organizations plan, write, and send essential communications. • Senior Product Designer will drive the vision for Axios HQ as a communications and planning tool. • Responsibilities include articulate design decisions, create new concepts, create end-to-end designs, collaborate with customers, frame problems to pitch to executives, build a Figma Design System, collaborate with fellow PMs and Designers, craft visions for the product.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience • Expertise in Figma and building robust Figma libraries • Expert UX/UI Design Skills with the ability to prototype concepts • Deep understanding of Business & Product Strategy • Ability to distill complex ideas into simple statements • Strong group facilitation and articulation skills • Strong understanding of User Research and User testing methods • Experience building growth-oriented experiences within products • Experience being a leader in your squad • Working understanding of Generative AI is a plus • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS is a plus • Please provide your website or portfolio link.
