🎯 Requirements

• Track record of delivering results in a fast-moving, startup or growth phase environment • 5+ years experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer • Experience managing design systems or working closely with design system owners • Strong relationship building skills; experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional partners • Ability to communicate effectively with different functional groups: engineers, scientists, stakeholders, and senior business leaders
