Description

• Headway’s mission is to build a new mental health care system everyone can access. • We’ve built technology that helps people find great therapists with the first software-enabled national network of providers accepting insurance. • 1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but most providers don’t accept insurance, making therapy too expensive. • Headway is building a healthcare system that everyone can access by making it easy for therapists to accept insurance and scale their practice. • Since 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse, national network of over 45,000 mental healthcare providers across all 50 states who have served over 1 million patients.

Requirements

• Have 5-8 years experience as a Product Designer. • You have experience in delivering beautiful, innovative consumer-facing experiences, bonus if you’ve worked on mobile web. • You’re excited to jam in Figma with product and engineering partners daily and work with a user researcher to test your concepts weekly with potential patients. • You’re inspired by complex customer problems, early-stage product development, setting vision, and helping teams hold a high bar for craft. • You have a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects. • You are motivated by our mission. We are working to solve the biggest problems in mental health care today (access and affordability).
