📋 Description
• Identify, drive, and own opportunities across the LottieFiles ecosystem • Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders • Understanding and translating the complexity of early-stage technologies • Design the user experience of animation tools • Work across the entire design stack • Work closely with other engineers, product designers, and Lottie Studio designers • Applying the LottieFiles Design language • Share your work early and often • Actively seek and provide feedback to improve the LottieFiles ecosystem • Researching new findings and keeping up with current trends
🎯 Requirements
• More than 5 years of Product Design experience - designing, shipping, and iterating on multiple complex interactive digital products/features • Expertise in designing motion design experience for designers and developers • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, product managers, and designers • Excellent craft and attention to detail • Experience applying and extending design systems and establishing design principles and practices • Experience with data visualization • Worked in rigorous design environments using standard design tools
